- Check-in and check-out of guests (Visbook)
- Registration of reservations
- Sending out and following up on offers
- Handling guest inquiries digitally and in person
- General guest handling
- Cash handling
- Contributing to upselling
- Answering guest questions, both digitally and in person
- Answering phone calls and emails
What Do We Expect From You?
- That you are service-minded and always prioritize the guest
- That you are accommodating, engaged, and enjoy taking responsibility
- Experience or certification in the field is an advantage
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English
- Ability to handle high work pressure
- Reliability
