  • Registration of reservations
  • Sending out and following up on offers 
  • Handling guest inquiries digitally and in person
  • General guest handling
  • Cash handling
  • Contributing to upselling
  • Answering guest questions, both digitally and in person
  • Answering phone calls and emails

What Do We Expect From You?

  • That you are service-minded and always prioritize the guest
  • That you are accommodating, engaged, and enjoy taking responsibility
  • Experience or certification in the field is an advantage
  • Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English
  • Ability to handle high work pressure
  • Reliability
