Geirangerfjord and Sunnylvsfjord Boat Tours

Experience everything the fjords have to offer in an exciting, up-close and personal tour aboard Bonseye's high-performance, high speed RIB. Bonseye focuses on tours of the magnificent Geirangerfjord and Sunnylvsfjord; sightseeing is a must when visiting this beautiful part of Norway, and in an open boat close to the surface of the water you can really come close to nature. The fjords are full of spectacular wildlife and seeing porpoises, eagles and fish up-close are nearly guaranteed.

Tours visit the main attractions including historic mountain farms, de Syv Søstre (The seven sisters) and Friaren (The Wooer waterfalls).
Taste the fresh water from melting glaciers in the Geirangerfjord!
The RIB (rigid-inflatable boat) has a two person crew, driver and personal guide. The expert guide share the history of the mountain farms and the people who used to live there. All stories are mixed with local knowledge and some superstition.
The tour starts from Hellesylt marina and lasts about 90 minutes, depending on destination.
All tours include safety geat and weatherproof suits.

Bonseye is a family business run by the Bonsaksen family, Ole-Hjalmar, Bente and Frank. All three are boat drivers, with certificates to take up to 12 passengers. Frank has been a captain on large off-shore vessels since 1991. Bonseye have three small open tugboats as well as two large RIBs, and offer several types of marine activities.
